ORDERING
Browse our website to find what product you require, tick on “ADD TO CART” enter the quantity required it will be added to a invoice. Once you have finished with your choice of products tick “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” from here you will be required to complete other details.
Please check the size guide for reference if required.
PAYMENT
We will except most major credit cards and debit cards except Electron card.
Any payment made by cheque must be made payable to ‘Fight Tech’, with the cheque card guarantee number and expiry date clearly printed on the back of the cheque.
We regret that we can not accepted any third party cheques. Customers will be charged £30 if a cheque presented as payment be returned to our bankers as unpaid for any reason.
Any charges incurred from a debt recovery agency will be passed on to the customer in question.
Any purchase made by cheque will be on hold until the cheque is cleared and the finances are in the Fight Tech account.
DELIVERY
All products will be dispatched via a reputable courier service, normal delivery will be approximately 3 - 5 working days after payment has been made. However please allow up to 28 days for delivery if product is out of stock or made to order.
Delivery times may vary and can not be guaranteed unless previously arranged for with us. We do not accept any responsibility for late delivery that is out of our control.
We do not accept any responsibility for any products damaged in transit. Signed proof of courier is required if the product reaches you in a unsatisfactory condition. This can then be taken up with us on your behalf and we will pursue the normal channels to locate fault.
Any damaged products that reach you that are not complete and are short of items will also require signed proof of courier for your reference.
We reserve the right to check the address of a product that is to be delivered if to an alternative address and not that of the cardholder we may contact the cardholder.
DISTANCE PURCHASING
For more information on purchasing please contact us. Carriage charge will not be refunded once a order has been made and later cancelled.
EXCHANGING AND REFUNDING
Please contact us before returning any product and have the invoice number available for our reference. No item will be accepted as a return unless previously agreed. Refunds and exchanges can only be considered if the product is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and unwashed.
If a product is returned for a size error on your part a 10% charge will be required along with the return cost of the carriage.
A refund will be given for any product that is damaged and there is no alternative product that it can be exchanged for. No refund will be made for products that have been abused/misused or incorrectly ordered by the customer.
You should return the product within 14 days and we recommend that it is sent by recorded delivery as we can not except liability for any product that is lost in the post.
WEAPONS
All Weapons can only be sold to persons over the age of 18, or to anyone who can supply martial arts club licence or registered club card. Weapons are sold for demonstration purposes, training/educational seminars and collection only they are not sold for the purpose of combat. We would like to point out that holding a licence or club card for a registered club permits you to purchase weapons but does not permit you to carry them in public places. Refering to Prevention of Crime Act 1953 which states that it is prohibited to carry in a public place any weapons considered to be offensive. We also recommend that they are not used for sparring and would like to enforce the dangers of serious injury or death that can result when weapons are used. We take no responsibility for any injury resulting in the improper use of any of our products.
